- **Non-Refundable Transactions:** Memberships purchased **via cryptocurrency or through a minting process** are **non-refundable under any circumstances** due to the decentralized nature of blockchain transactions.

## **3. Digital Products & Services** 

- **All digital goods, collectibles, NFTs, and other virtual assets** sold by **Sharkifi Studios, LLC** are **non-refundable and non-exchangeable**. 

- Once a digital product is delivered or transferred, ownership is **permanent and irreversible**. 

- Refunds are **not granted for dissatisfaction** or **buyer’s remorse**.

- If an event is **postponed or rescheduled**, the original ticket remains valid for the new date, and refunds will generally **not** be issued.
