CHAPTER 1:
THE IDEA SURFACES
October 2021 — In a sea of hype and empty promises, one idea rose above the noise.
Shark Club was founded by Marc Auger, a Marine Corps veteran and entertainment industry pro with a decade-plus of experience producing concerts, tours, and festivals. Fueled by frustration with rug-pull projects and hollow communities, he set out to build something real—an experience-first movement with world-class utility and lifelong value.
Personally funded with close supporters to make it happen. No fluff. No waiting for funding. Just action.
CHAPTER 2:
CONCEPT TO CREATION
2022 – 2023 — The vision came to life.

A professional comic book artist was brought in to illustrate early Shark Club character concepts, setting the tone for a bold, stylized universe.

From there, a top-tier 3D design team built over 300+ custom character traits—ready for collectibles, games, animation, and merchandise.

Scripts and voice acting were developed for a future animated series.

Exclusive trait-based designs led to conversations with Nike and Adidas for high-level merch partnerships.

Work began on the foundations of a gaming metaverse powered by Shark avatars, player-owned land, and an in-world economy.
CHAPTER 3:
THE SHARKS HIT THE TRACK
2023 – 2024 — Shark Club goes from digital to real-world.

Shark Club became a title sponsor for Jordan Bernloehr, a Pro Buggy driver who dominated the 2024 CHAMP Off-Road series and won the Pro Buggy Championship.

The race team gained visibility across national events and broadcast platforms, pushing Shark Club into the eyes of a new audience.
This wasn’t just marketing—it was our way of showing the physical footprint of a digital-first brand.
CHAPTER 4:
FIGURINES, TOYS & TANGIBLES
2023 – 2024 — The characters begin to take physical form.

We partnered with SJRoy Labs, led by fellow Marine Corps veteran Steve Roy, to bring our Sharks into the real world.

Figurines, collectibles, and smart-wearable merch entered prototyping, merging physical product design with RFID integration and digital twins.

The early toy line is now nearing completion, ready to enter full production and retail rollout.
CHAPTER 5:
A FESTIVAL BUILT BY THE PEOPLE
As the Shark Club community grew, so did its ambitions.
We designed a full-scale music and lifestyle festival where members don’t just attend—they co-create.

Not stopping at events, we conceptualized the future of immersive entertainment:
A commercial entertainment district anchored by modular dome structures—scalable venues that can host anywhere from 200 to 30,000 guests.
Each dome will host concerts, gaming tournaments, art shows, and brand activations. These are plug-and-play ecosystems where Shark Club Lifetime VIP Members get first-in-line access to vend, perform, create, and earn.
The goal: own the space where culture happens.
CHAPTER 7:
THE IRL HQ
Shark Club’s future includes a physical headquarters, complete with:

A multi-use venue space for events, launches, and meetups

We’re preparing to launch a Kickstarter campaign to fund development of our:

Metaverse platform (play-to-earn, land ownership, avatar utility)
Once funded, these systems will be developed by our trusted partners at Ethereal Labs, and integrated directly into the Shark Club experience.
